The Makerie

Here's somewhere I really wish I could be: The Makerie, a creative retreat in Boulder Colorado! A beautiful, peaceful place, so many classes I wish I could go to, to learn new skills and techniques taught by amazing teachers - giant stenciled floor pillows, painting, pattern design, embroidery, pajaki paper chandeliers. All these and more: wake-up yoga and hiking; healthy, local, organic delicious meals, too! Could be the perfect weekend! If you can't go, be sure to check out these cool video classes.

Special winter edition lazy friends! They were originally made as a custom order for a wedding photography studio, surprisingly named "Penguin Studio", but will also soon be available in a mobile or a shadow box at the shop.

Do you know Alexander Calder's circus? You should! It's time consuming to watch, but make sure you make some time to watch it, it is mind blowing!

Here are the cats I've been working on. Sometimes the most banal animals are the hardest to make. It's much more challenging to make them special. I hope these are special enough. Available in a shadow box or a mobile.
